Lameck's upbringing inspired in him a profound sense of purpose. In a family dedicated to building schools and educating disadvantaged children, he was exposed from an early age to both the transformative value of education and the stark realities of educational inequity. He developed a keen awareness of his own privileged access to education and a responsibility to address the challenges others faced.

 

In 2015, following his father's steps of community development through education, Lameck founded Resurge Children East Africa (RCEA). Today, together with dedicated board, leadership team, and  partners, RCEA is working for a future where every student has access to equitable, quality education and teachers have the greatest impact on every learner's growth and achievement.
