Founding Story
​
Lameck was passionate about ensuring that every child and young person has equal access to quality education and healthcare. Inspired by his father’s commitment to supporting underserved children and youth, he founded Resurge Children East Africa (RCEA), a non-profit organisation based in Kenya.
Since 2015, RCEA has built and led cross-sector partnerships, working together to give those with limited opportunities the support they need to reach their potential, contribute to society, and build a life they love. Our achievements reflect the dedication of our board and leadership team, as well as the continued trust of our donors and partners.

Our mission is to advance education and healthcare through improving teaching practices, providing educational resources and scholarships, and delivering life-saving paediatric surgical care—ensuring that every child and young person has access to quality, equitable education and healthcare.
